Review of Cesar Chavez (2014) by Alvin Y — 26 Jul 2014
This is an interesting biopic about a legend who changed America during the 60s and 70s labor world. I wish the movie would have explored more on Chavez legacy to today's world and how can the labor and economy world are similar to those old days.
Other than that, Pena and company gave some terrific performances here and there. Sure, many people knew who Chavez was but do some people nowadays knew him? Now I am than before.
