Really enjoyed watching Certified Copy, it's the first time I think that I have watched a film where 3 languages are spoken! As I understand both French & English it was interesting listening to them speaking in Italian!
I loved the way it was filmed, you felt as if you were there in the scene with them, experiencing what they were experiencing, and throughout it keeps you wondering if they really do know each other or not ... by the end I was convinced that they did!
It is also an emotional film as well as being an interesting one with regards to the subject matter of James' book about the relevance of copies & originals. And although I think this was an excellent film, I couldn't help but feel quite sad by the end of it.
Definitely go see, you won't be disappointed!
