Central Intelligence is an action-comedy, but succeeds at neither aspect. Dwayne Johnson & Kevin Hart play off each other well, but the story and characters are too poorly written to ask the audience to invest in the film.
Ultimately forgettable, it never accepts its lowbrow humor wholeheartedly.
