Review of Central Intelligence (2016) by Dmirtiy B — 08 Jul 2016
I wasn't all too keen on this movie until I found out the film's director was also behind the unexpectedly incredible We're The Millers. And sure enough, this was another unexpectedly fun movie with a unique take on a tired idea.
Dwayne Johnson remains the most likable guy in the world, playing the very roles Will Smith was getting in the 1990's, and his chemistry with a shockingly not annoying Kevin Hart was crackling. They're clearly having a lot of fun together, and it reads so well on the screen.
It's a fun action comedy with a positive anti-bullying message that you should check out on Netflix when it comes out.
