Central Intelligence directed by Rawson Marshall Thurber is a typical summer comedy with a great cast and good jokes. This movie is absolutely average and it doesn't have a solid tone or a plot but the chemistry between Kevin Hart and Dwayne Johnson makes more than a half of its success.
