Grade - C+.
Its got some good laughs and a good performance from Dwayne Johnson, but 'Central Intelligence' doesn't always hit the mark, and some pacing isssues and a convoluted narrative hold it back from being the comedy great it could have been. That's not to say there aren't great elements to it, though.
