Review of Cellular (2004) by Jake P — 03 Dec 2010
I have to say, this was actually a pretty good movie. Jason Statham played a nasty character; the first time I've seen him as the bad guy. Kim Basinger gets beaten up a lot in this, which was rather tough to watch.
Meanwhile, Chris Evans is Ryan, a man driven by desperation. I used to not like him so much as an actor, but after seeing this film, I believe he's got some skills to match his chiseled body. Though the technology in this movie looks a little dated, it's still a good story concept and has lots of excitement.
