Review of Cellular (2004) by Bolly B — 26 Oct 2012
A Pretty Decent Thriller, Which See's A Young Man Get A Phone Call From A Woman Who Has Been Kidnapped. She Had To Tap Wires Of A Smashed Phone Together For Hours Before Getting A Response. This Man Doesn't Know Her But Is Determined To Save Her Life.
A Good Decent Story, Good Casting, Fast-Paced. Executed Like Most Decent Thrillers, With Good Use Of A Suspense Atmosphere Which Tends To Build-Up Have A Climax, Then Build-Up Again, This Happens Repeatedly Throughout The Film.
Chris Evans Is Great In His Role As The Hero, Jason Statham Is Perfect In His Role As The Head Kidnapper. Also Stars Kim Bassinger As The Kidnap Victim & William H. Macy As A Police Officer Trying To Solve The Crime.
