Review of Celeste & Jesse Forever (2012) by Gordon C — 25 Aug 2012

Although dolled up in a different package, we've seen this movie before. We've seen the high's and low's, the laughs and the hearty cries. It was a decent movie to sit though, I'm not gonna suggest I was bored. But it didn't do anything different.

Solid acting, some chuckles in a few different areas. I really liked the ensemble they formed - of actors that can all more than carry their weight. Kudos for Rashida in penning the script, always an accomplishment just to write in FADE OUT. And another tip of the cap for getting it shot in LA, quite a feat by today's (over-unionized) standards.
