Review of Celeste & Jesse Forever (2012) by Frank N — 10 Feb 2013

Celest and Jesse Forever is a movie that could have benifted from some polished writing and some cleaner editing. The final product feels like a collection of scenes hewn toegther with no real sense of clarity or direction.

While quite often it feels like Writer and star Rashida Jones knows exactly what she wants to do with the picture, it doesn't feel like anyone else is on board. She wrote one good character in this movie and that was herself.

She's got something here it just didn't quite deliver.
