Review of Celeste & Jesse Forever (2012) by Kris W — 20 May 2013
With a flimsy premise the rationale for which is never convincingly explained (a couple married for six years decide to break up but spends most of their leisure time together), it starts to drag half way through even with its running time of less than 90 minutes.
Rashida and Andy are charming, but it feels like an exercise in futility, and at the end unintentionally becomes an urban story of indifference to having committed relationship and unwillingness to make it work.
