Review of Celebrity (1998) by Valentin G — 19 May 2008
An interesting commentary on culture and the nature of popularity/celebrity. Allen looks at it from many different perspectives (as he often does), without losing the thrust of his narrative. The cast is amazing, especially Kenneth Branagh.
It's not difficult to see that he is playing what would normally be Woody Allen's role...but he executes with perfection in my opinion.
