Review of Celebrity (1998) by Wendy N — 20 Jul 2009
This one gives me mixed feelings. The first half is interesting, but unfortunately the whole thing seems to plunge into a spiral of characters I just couldn't care about. Kenneth Branagh has a perfect accent, but his acting style is a complete copy of Woody Allen's characters even down to his hesitant style of speech.
He has no originality and the whole film suffers because of it.
