Review of CBGB (2013) by Joe A — 06 Mar 2014
For the life of me I can't understand why critics came on so hard on this film; It's fresh, original style of looking at the Punk Music scene that thrived at Hilly Cristal's CBGB, using comic book visual was right on the money.
Alan Rickman was brilliant playing the eccentric Cristal who rose from rags and tatters to become the Godfather of Punk.
