Review of Cave of Forgotten Dreams (2010) by Megan W — 12 Jun 2011
France is pretty and cave paintings are actually pleasing to look at from an aesthetic point of view... and his "postscript" was the most insightful part of the movie. The 3-D was occasionally very subtle and pretty.
I liked it all lots but in a pleasant/mild way that made me yawn 4-5 times before the movie is over. People murmuring science talk in French accents makes my blood pressure drop. I recommend this movie for people with anxiety problems or people who are looking for an empty theater to make-out in.
.. making out in front of a sparkly cave full of pretty drawings of horses is cool. I'm sure that Mr. Herzog would wave you on and say, "Yez...mek out eff yeur hart tells you to.".
