Review of Cave of Forgotten Dreams (2010) by Brandon M — 23 Jun 2011
As usual Werner Herzog spellbinds this 3D documentary (yes that is right) about a cave in France that is home to cave paintings that date back over 30,000 years, a literal hidden time capsule of ancient man.
If done by anyone else it would have been "so so" but Herzogs general child like enthusiasm is so much fun we keep going and with how the 3D works its almost like we are there with him, and feeling his emotions.
