Fascinating documentary, a meditation on art & our relationship to primitive man. Herzog's narration & perspective is always interesting, idiosyncratic & dryly amusing. The film makes good use of 3D (along with sound & descriptions of smell & touch) to give a sense of the depth of the art & contours of the cave.
