This was actually on the far more watchable end of children's films. Sure the plot premise of giving the newest canine spy the biggest ever job as a training mission is flimsy, and the pigeon is annoyingly just like Donkey from Shrek (and I mean JUST like Donkey).

However, the cameos such as that from Roger Moore are good, and the spy movie parody factor is excellent. Paws down, the best moment was clearly Mr. Tinkles being interviewed in his cell - outstanding!
