Review of Cats & Dogs: The Revenge of Kitty Galore (2010) by Leanne K — 14 Sep 2011
I dont particularly think that it was as great as the first movie, which is typical for many sequels, however it did have it's good things about it. First of all the humour. I love how they based it around a type of James Bond theme with many other movies being brought into the equation like The Terminator, but sometimes when you show too many, it just starts to become a little ridiculous because after a while, you start to expect these type of things.
Like with the opening credits a scene like James Bond, you already have a sense that something recognisable from the James bond movies is going to be encorporated somewhere, and inevitably, it happened.
Overall, a good movie to watch, however doesnt live up to the first Cats and Dogs movie. Yes there may have been an all star cast voicing these characters, but I personally think that they didnt choose a good project to work with with this movie.
