It's probably exactly what you think it is. A sequel which falls short of its predecessor, which itself was hardly a masterpiece. The protagonist is a moron who can't follow orders to save his life, the plot is at best recycled, the special effects range from meh to dear-God-why-are-their-mouths-like-that, and the supporting characters are bland.

The best I can say is that this is only offensive in its stupidity, and it will probably entertain your kids, but not you. A sequel that didn't need to be made, and shouldn't have.
