Loved this silly movie as a kid. Cats turning into villains and TAKING OVER THE WORLD, and only special dog agents can stop them. This is a kids movie through and through, and mature audiences (and cat lovers) probably won't enjoy it.
Objectively it's probably terrible and it's been decades since I've watched it but I won't apologize for liking it.
