A misguided family comedy that has a fun idea, but rarely uses the premise to its advantage.
A Professor has just about discovered a way to make it so humans are no longer allergic to dogs. This angers a diabolical cat who attempts to kidnap the scientist and his family. They hope to reverse the effects.
