Review of Cats and Dogs (1932) by Nolan L — 24 Jun 2018
One of the best kid movies of all time, featuring maybe the most sinister and evil villains of all time. Mr. Tinkles is as bad as they come, who would want to rid the world of dogs! I have to admit there is a bit of racist stereotypes and bad humor, but it all makes this a classic early 21st century children's movie.
The animation for the time was great and still today is serviceable. At times it adds to the humor and goofiness of the movie.
