An incredible and distressing documentary.
What I love about catfish is its rawness. The story is personal, and a few filmmakers decided to document the life of his friends after they felt it was sketchy.
The footage is bland, noisy, and horrible. However, thats what makes the rawness of it all. I loved that.
The characters are so interesting that you both feel uncomfortable looking at them, but also pity them.
I have seen the TV Show which I think is wonderful.
The Documentary didn't disappoint.
Story-wise and execution: 4/5.
Camera work: 1/1.5.
Sound: 1.3/1.5.
Cast: 1.8/2.
