Review of Catfish (2010) by Caz H — 16 Feb 2013
Really interesting premise considering the age of social media we live in. Documentaries always make me nervous because I like to know how much of it is true: because they're an 'art form' you can never really tell.
But if you take it as real, it was incredibly unnerving but also quite sad. It was strange, the range of emotions I felt for the 'characters'. Towards the end I felt like I was waiting for another big twist that never came: the pace was quite odd but I was enthralled throughout.
A very good film with lots of food for thought!
