Review of Catch Me If You Can (2002) by Peter N — 30 Jul 2012
Steven Spielberg is most often associated with epic films that often push the limits of technology, storytelling, stunts, and so forth. Yet sometimes, simplicity is the best option. Catch Me If You Can is a surprisingly stylish, exciting cat-and-mouse caper driven by stellar performances from Leonardo DiCaprio, Tom Hanks, and Christopher Walken.
Spielberg effectively captures the flair of the 1960's and incorporates it into a compelling, suspenseful, and funny film.
