This film had the potential for greatness but I get the feeling the good parts were left on the editing room floor. Choppy, shoddy editing ought to be a capitol offense in my humble opinion. I was rooting for Sam Jaeger but of course she has to end up with the incredibly cute, over-sexed hunk.
There was so much power to speak volumes about love and loss and partner it with a really good mystery but ...no we just got the cheese. Even Juliette Lewis and Fiona Shaw are totally wasted in this film.
