Review of Cat People (1942) by Mike M — 23 Oct 2008
This is a classic horror film, The acting is just great in this (so retro it's cool), and the director is masterful in the details of each scene, being very creative with symbolism, sound effects, and very cool hand-drawn visual effects in one particular dream sequence.
The style of this film is representative of my favorite kind of horror: sophisticated, smart, creative and very sexy.
