I adore Tennessee William. I always try and catch all his plays and I thought this was an excellent adaptation. I absolutely fell in love with Paul Newman in this. Noone was more beautiful than Newman during his heyday, not even Elizabeth Taylor.
He gave a brilliant performance, in fact the entire cast is incredible. A must see. I love this film.
