Review of Cast Away (2000) by Derek C — 19 Feb 2015
An excellent picture. Beautifully shot, well paced, and tremendously acted out on the screen, Cast Away is one of Hanks' best movies to date. Even though the second act has very little dialogue (especially from the volleyball) Hanks holds the audience attention and keeps this amazing tale moving forward.
