Review of Cast Away (2000) by Ken S — 07 Nov 2013
Tom Hanks gives a fantastic performance as a man stranded on an island all by himself, and who has to learn to survive with nothing but a Volley Ball to keep him company. Hanks gained weight for the beginning of the film, then took time off to lose much of the weight for the latter half of the film.
He just put his all into this film and the film is solid because of him.
