Review of Cast Away (2000) by Aaron A — 13 Jun 2014
The critics are quick to say that it was Tom Hanks wanting the stage all to himself. I'm much more in agreement with those who thought that it was a one-man tour de force that many couldn't have pulled off nearly as well as he did.
Helen Hunt also gives a fine performance in a small and thankless role. But the movie is all Tomâ?¦ With a strong assist by a personality - filled volleyball. A must see.
