Big budget for any Japanese film. It suffers the curse most Japanese films suffer from. too long, boring and full of some cheesy FX. Nicely shot film which looks like a music video. Perhaps if it had been the same length of a music video it would have been better.
I recommend reading the comic which it's based on.
