My expectations were certainly fulfilled. Plenty of badass explosions, robots, super-mutants, and EPIC (with a capital "E") battles. Very very interesting plot, but it works if you just watch for the action too.
It's basically Capcom the movie, mixed with all sorts of other epic aspects of cinema. The greenscreen effects were fun to look at actually; compared to mainstream films that come out nowadays. I got lost as the story unfolded though, so I definitely need to see it again for a slightly more accurate review, I still enjoyed what I saw.
