Review of Cassandra's Dream (2007) by Alaa E — 17 Jul 2010
I've never been a Woody Allen fan, but I liked this well enough. It was a bit slow, and not exactly riveting, but the story kept me interested. It probably helps that Ewan McGregor has been one of my top 5 faves since the first Star Wars, and I've always had a thing for Colin Farrell(who hasn't?).
The plot had a good idea, and the ending was not what I'd expected, but satisfactory, in a dark way. Anyone else reminded of In Bruges by this film?
