Hilary Duff as a child acted as witch who dates a ghost in here. This was pretty fucking awful. Not to mention that Casper shouldn't want Wendy as he is a ghost and should be tempted by desires of the flesh as he has none.
The only thing funny in here was when Caspier Van Dien came on and said he had to go kill some bugs and that wasn't even that funny.
