For 1998:
Finally, this is a huge improvement from that last abominable movie.
This time it's more cute and cuddly since Casper and Wendy cross paths along with their families.
Cathy Moriarty is back as a witch and George Hamilton is spot-on as Desmond Spellman.
The special effects look better this time, it's got a friendly vibe, and little children shall be in tune with its fun factor.
It really is a decent straight-to-video sequel; better than the 2nd movie by far but almost as good as the original.
