Casper isn't the worst film in the world, but I still strongly hated it. The acting from the entire cast is poor, with the exception of the voice actors for the ghosts, and the cameo celebrities. The story is not very good and the villain feels like a Cruella de Vil impersonator rather than an original character.
The special effects are ok, but the reveals in the story are awful and uninspired. The humour has to be the worst part of the film, it isn't funny and is just a pain to watch. Don't watch Casper, it's not as bad as other films but it's not very interesting or entertaining.
