Review of Casino Royale (2006) by Hubert G — 19 Mar 2013
Cold, calculating, and brutal. At the same time, it is more mature and gives Bond some emotional depth. Craig proves to be a great Bond, and Eva Greene is an enchanting counterpart. I'm also glad they brought Martin Campbell back to the director's chair (They should have kept him).
This may be my favorite Bond film.
