Review of Casino Royale (1954) by Man With N — 25 May 2013
Casino Royale is one of my favorite movies and my favorite Bond movie. It's darker but it has it's Bond moments. It has it's references but it stands on it's own. The whole thing about Bond becoming Bond when he says it at the end when he's gotten betrayed and beaten up and all sorts of over stuff.
It's spectacular.
