Review of Casino Royale (1954) by Byron R — 24 May 2015
Daniel Craig resurrects a dying franchise with a charismatic, violent and suave rendition that will go down in film lore. Crag immediately takes command of the role and drives a complex narrative that intertwines trust, betrayal, self-discovery, love and the dark world of espionage.
Easily the best Bond movie in the franchise's history (with Craig also being the best Bond).
