Review of Casino Jack (2010) by Dutch V — 23 Oct 2011

I was hoping this movie would have been much much better. Spacey delivers quite the performance, and I think the major problem with this movie is the lack of cohesion. There is too much going on with no real reason to why it is going on and the consequences of the actions.

Now I know very little of what actually happened surrounding all of the Abramoff controversy so I don't have much frame of reference. However, character motives seem unclear. Money seems to be the only driving factor for all of the characters.

I wish this movie would have been better, although it delivered a few laughs it didn't go anywhere.
