An ok film about scandal and lobbyists. I think Kevin Spacey put in a very good performance here. There seemed to be a dead spot or two though where it dragged. Someone who isn't a fan of Spacey or of crooked politics probably wouldn't care for it.
I probably wouldn't bother watching it again. 6.5/10.
