Review of Casino (1995) by Avneesh M — 30 Mar 2014

Finally decided to take 3 hours out and watch this through and through! Casino boasts of some fantastic performances, a fast moving script and a plot that challenges you to keep up and hold's your attention throughout.

The protagonist's are very unlike-able people and its hard to root for them. I figured its classic movies like these that have an influence on movies such as American Hustle and WOWS. Sharon Stone deliver's an absolute knock out performance.

By the end of it, I was a little tired and while I normally enjoy smart movies that have alot going on - I thought a few things were unnecessarily complex and could have been simpler. On the whole, a great watch and I will definitely revisit it someday.
