Review of Case 39 (2009) by Sheila N — 15 Feb 2011
Jodelle Ferland, the little girl from Silent Hill, returns in another creepy kid role in Case 39. She doesn't need to talk much and she doesn't. She's just really good at looking creepy. There is one great moment with her opposite Bradley Cooper that really shines.
The rest of the movie was just OK. The cast was decent. Some of the effects are cheesy though. It's simple and formulaic. It's not all bad but not full price either.
