Case 39 is not scary but has a great Story which will definitely keep you hooked. The acting is great, especially Renee Zellweger has done a great Job but Case 39 isn't better then other Horror Movies out there.
If you are looking for a good Horror Movie you should pass but otherwise... I really recommend this one.
