Review of Casablanca (1943) by William C — 08 Feb 2012
The greatest movie ever as far as I'm concerned and for so many reasons: it's a metaphor, an allegory, a romantic drama, or historical thriller. It has some of the most memorable dialogue and characters conceived, and Rick Blaine is the coolest guy in the world. Ever.
In fact, in my book, any male who watches this movie and doesn't want to be Bogart immediately afterward is automatically under suspicion.
