Review of Casablanca (1943) by Nilesh J — 18 Jan 2014
A classic that masterfully portrays the times that were. Through the modern lenses, not just the acting and the dialogues may appear artificial but also the story and sentiments. However, to truly understand how it was, one has to see and feel exactly as it was.
Few movies of the times just around the war portrayed the details as here. The movie must have set many new trends for Hollywood with direct and indirect impact for decades. And some great scenes.
