Casa De Mi Padre is hilarious not because of a funny script, but because the movie is crafted perfectly as a parody of horrible filmmaking. Since the humor is more in the idea of the film it is not a laugh-throughout or at all a unique story.
This existence of this film has it's worth just for providing the earth a Spanish speaking Nick Offerman.
