Great movie if you 1) like Will Ferrell doing anything, and 2) enjoy comedies like Airplane and Naked Gun. Also don't have any high or low expectations; have no expectations when seeing this movie and just have fun with what they give you.
And don't worry if you aren't familiar with Mexican soap operas or iconography; the premise and jokes in this movie are easy to understand and follow.
